We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data from the Xiro Agent application. All operations are performed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We:

• Do not access or store your login credentials.
• Do not collect analytics from the app (unless opted-in).
• Do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Using the tool in compliance with the terms of service of each third-party platform.
• Providing accurate credentials where required (locally, and only for your use).
• Verifying deletions and backing up important data before initiating any wipe.

4. Legal Compliance

Xiro Agent can assist in generating GDPR and CCPA requests. However, it is not a substitute for legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of access to accounts
• Accidental deletion of data
• Consequences of content removal (e.g., business impact, account bans)
