Xiro Agent Roadmap
A transparent timeline of our work, milestones, and ambitions. Checkmarks show completed items, empty boxes show tasks to be completed. This roadmap runs through 2026 and shows the high level plan for product, legal, partnerships, and the Xiro shop.
Work on building the agent
Core agent architecture and local-first automation engine built, initial automation workflows implemented, and internal alpha runs completed. The agent automates the majority of deletion flows and provides assisted guidance for exceptions.
Launch website and socials
Official website deployed at xiroagent.com, social channels created for community engagement and outreach. Initial brand assets, logo, and teaser content published.
2025
Token and funding launch
Strategic token issuance and funding round to support development, community incentives, and the Offgrid research lab. Tokenomics and legal framework to be published prior to launch.
Launch of store for agent packages
E-commerce store to sell discovery scans, standard and pro packages, and add-on services. Payment options will include credit card and selective crypto support. Store integrates account provisioning for purchased packages.
Public beta release, v0.1
Open beta for early adopters, focused on discovery and core deletion flows for mainstream platforms. Collect user feedback and telemetry to refine automation and platform coverage. Beta users will be invited via waitlist and select partnerships.
2026
Offgrid Mode alpha
Alpha release of Offgrid Mode with core features: browser behavior masking, enhanced scraper hardening rules, and local obfuscation routines. Initially available as an opt-in add-on for Pro customers and enterprise pilots.
Legal and compliance program expansion
Formalize takedown workflows, expand GDPR and regional privacy support, and onboard legal partners to assist high-risk customers. Develop documented SLAs for enterprise clients.
Offgrid Mode public beta
Release Offgrid Mode to a wider audience with hardened features, scraper resistance updates, and an improved UI for misdirection and privacy controls. Gather large-scale telemetry to tune protections for diverse environments.
Shop expansion with survival tech and devices
Introduce physical products that align with Offgrid philosophy. Examples include an ‘Internet in a Box’ offline server and sync device, compact mesh networking kits for local comms, and long-life power and shielding accessories. Each product will include clear legal use guidance and safety documentation.
Internet in a Box pilot
Limited pilot for the Internet in a Box device. The pilot focuses on secure local hosting, optional delayed sync to cloud endpoints, and secure data export. Ship to vetted beta users with clear usage policies and technical support.
Low-bandwidth frequency comms research
Research and prototype small frequency communication devices for short-range data exchange. Emphasis on lawful use, safety, and community mesh networking for resilience during infrastructure outages. All products will follow applicable radio regulations and require informed user consent.
Enterprise integrations and partnerships
Introduce enterprise features, API integrations, and partner programs for security firms, legal teams, and NGOs. Provide managed services, audit logs, and extended SLAs for organizational clients.
Ongoing
Platform coverage expansion
Keep adding platform-specific deletion workflows, expand forum and legacy site support, and implement robust update handling whenever platforms change their UI or APIs.
Community growth and education
Grow the Xiro community with guides, security briefings, and newsletter content that helps people understand digital risk and the best practices for maintaining privacy.
Security audits and third-party reviews
Perform periodic third-party audits, penetration tests, and privacy reviews to maintain trust and verify that local-first claims and encryption controls are effective.
Note: timelines are planned and subject to change based on regulatory requirements, testing results, and community feedback. All hardware and communications products will be designed with legal compliance in mind and distributed with clear usage guidelines.
