What each service actually does deep dive
Account Discovery
Our Account Discovery uses secure IMAP scanning (user-authorized) and heuristic matching to locate accounts you created over time. We detect direct signups, email confirmations, password-reset footprints and profile references. The output is a prioritized list of accounts (active, dormant, archived) with risk scoring and direct links to supported removal flows.
AI Deletion Agent (Local)
This is the operational engine: a local-first browser automation suite that logs into accounts (using user-supplied credentials that remain on your device), locates content types (posts, comments, likes, photos, attachments, metadata), and executes deletion flows. Where direct deletion isn’t supported, the agent will perform account anonymization, privacy hardening, or generate next-best actions. Everything runs on your device nothing is uploaded unless explicitly selected (e.g., backup archive).
Legal Erasure Support
For platforms that require legal requests, Xiro prepares GDPR/CCPA-compliant takedown packages: pre-filled forms, required identification templates, and a step-by-step checklist to submit. Pro & Enterprise plans include an optional concierge service to assist with submission and follow-ups.
Digital Footprint Reports
Post-scan and post-erasure reports provide a clear visual map of where your personal data was found, what was successfully removed, what remains pending, and any actions taken. Reports include timestamps, evidence where possible, and an audit trail so you can verify progress.
An advanced suite of optional protections: fake identity trail creation (misdirection), future scraper hardening, browser behavior masking, and active anti-scraper rules. Will be released as an add-on subscription to Pro & Enterprise customers.
Common questions
Q: Do you ever store my credentials or data?
No. Xiro Agent operates local-first. Credentials stay on your device and are never uploaded. Where backups are generated, they are produced locally and only transmitted if you explicitly request secure cloud storage.
Q: Can you delete everything everywhere?
We aim for thoroughness, but some things cannot be forcibly erased (public archives, independent caches, blockchain transactions, or content stored by third parties). When deletion isn’t possible we provide legal takedown templates and mitigation strategies.
Q: Are deletions permanent?
We execute deletions and generate evidence of requests. However, persistence in archives and third-party caches means absolute permanence can’t always be guaranteed. Xiro reduces exposure substantially and documents the process for future follow-ups.
